Workplace Wellness programs help businesses decrease costs associated with staff turnover, absenteeism, and medical claims/benefits usage. Workplaces that support healthy lifestyles and encourage healthy behaviours increase profits in terms of higher staff morale and increased productivity. There is a growing interest in Comprehensive Workplace Wellness Promotion as employers recognize the positive economic impact of healthy employees.
The Workplace Wellness program focuses on corporate wellness by offering services and resources to support a healthy workplace culture.

Presentations on various topics to support healthy workplaces in Lambton County. Presentations are 20-40 minutes in length and accompanied by print resources. Choose a lifestyle topic: healthy eating, active living, managing stress, smoke-free living, and sun safety. LPH staff will work with you to deliver a presentation to meet employee needs.
Employer Education Sessions - for business leaders, occupational health nurses, health & safety professionals, human resource staff, Wellness Committee members, etc. Presentations are delivered on a variety of workplace health topics.
