Physical activity offers health benefits for all ages, especially older adults.

This program is for seniors confined to their home or for those do not take part in exercise programs outside the home. It has 7 activities to improve strength and balance, and to lessen the risk of falling.
Falls are a leading cause of injury and disability in adults over the age of 65. Inactivity is a main risk factor.
Exercises at the Kitchen Sink is available in DVD and booklet formats. They can be used separately, or together.
It is available FREE at all Lambton County libraries. The DVD can be borrowed; you can keep the booklet.
