Eat Well Campaign

To promote healthier eating among Canadians, Health Canada has developed its Eat Well Campaign. This campaign, which follows the principles of Canada’s Food Guide, highlights year-round awareness and information to encourage changes in our approach to healthy eating, including the way we shop, prepare foods and choose foods when eating out. Visit eatwell for simple, user-friendly, healthy eating tips to use every day.
