As we age, we are more likely to have nutrition-related problems. EatRight Ontario has an online tool to help adults over 50 assess their eating habits and link to credible healthy eating advice.


Nutri-eSCREEN™ helps you determine whether your eating habits can be improved to promote your health. Identifying potential problems early in their course means you can modify behaviours and enjoy healthy eating. The Nutri-eSCREEN™eating habits quiz is designed to help older adults eat well and stay healthy.
