For You Two

This can be one of the most exciting times of your life.  Taking care of your baby and yourself while you are pregnant is very important.

How can For You Two prenatal classes help?

You are not alone.  Many expectant parents have the same questions, doubts and fears. This is a chance to talk with other young parents. You will learn about labour and delivery, relationships, nutrition, how to care for your baby and more.

Classes are taught by Public Health Nurses from Lambton Public Health.

Who can I bring with me?

You can come alone or bring your partner, a friend or a relative.

Where are the classes held?

Even though the classes are run by Lambton Public Health, they are held off-site at the West Lambton Community Health Centre, 429 Exmouth St., Sarnia (across from Northgate Plaza).

Door prizes are given and a group meal is served each week. Bus tickets are available upon request.

Class Topics:

  • I'm Pregnant/Changes in Your Body
  • Building a Healthy Mom and Baby
  • Nutrition
  • Healthy Relationships/Healthy Lifestyles
  • Labour and Delivery
  • Infant Feeding and Newborn Care
  • Postpartum Adjustment/Becoming a Parent
  • Community and Parenting Supports
