Building Resiliency - One Connection at a Time

Parents are the #1 influence in a teen's life; however, many parents and teens struggle to connect. In fact, at times, it can seem like a total disconnect.

"Make the Connection" is a new, community-based campaign that provides education and skills to families to help them make the connection with their teen. By making the connection, it will help create an open, trusting relationship to improve decision making skills, reduce risky behaviours, prevent alcohol and drug misuse and promote good mental health.
